As a full-service design architectural firm, Allenby & Associates can provide in-house interior design services. We have extensive experience in interior and furniture design. We can provide interior design services, detailing, and the coordination of the selected furniture, fixture, and equipment so the building is complete and fully designed. We make it easier for our clients by locating and specifying “owner-supplied” materials and incorporating them into our designs. We can arrange for acquisition; organize and coordinate containerizing, shipping, and delivery to the site, so as not to impact the schedule.

To meet this challenge, Allenby & Associates can provide our clients with any combination of collaborative design, engineering, strategic programming, program management (owner representation), and construction management. Our in-house staff coordinates and manages our team of integrated professional consultants supplemented by our established working relationships with the building users, state and county agencies, community groups, contractors, and material suppliers

As a result of our established working relationships, we offer either the sequential Design/Permit/Bid/Build approach (the standard in the industry) or the fast-track Design/Build approach where we bring together the design team, a selected general contractor, and other specialists into the design process and construction.
